Entry Pathway
Minimum Qualification • After completing class 12 in the Science stream and being 18 years of age you can enrol for National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF)* level 4 medical (dental/radiation therapy/Anaesthesia/Dialysis/Operation theater/Blood bank/Vision/Panchkarma) technologist training
* NSQF is a nationally integrated education and competency-based framework that enables persons to acquire desired competency levels in a chosen field. NSQF includes vocational education, vocational training, general education and technical education which prepares an individual for the job market with competent skills. An individual may return at any time to upgrade skills after gaining experience
Mr. Pravin Choudhary wanted to get into police or army as he was over 6 feet tall, but he unfortunately could not clear the eye test. He continued looking for options in the medical field. Keeping his financial condition in mind he opted for the D.MLT course, after which he joined a job getting a basic salary. After working for a year he met with an accident which caused him to leave the job. After recovering, he joined Ankita Pathology in his home state Itarsi. Currently, he is working with an NGO, which operates in the health domain, besides running his collection unit.*

Work Environment: You have to work for at least 8 to 9 hours and for 5 to 6 days a week. Shift duties may be there. Overtime is common.
